Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mko88 account password and login credentials. You are accountable for all activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the mko88 support team immediately. mko88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Mko88 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass applicable restrictions.

Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and further legal action at mko88's sole discretion.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the mko88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local online banking, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's payment section at the relevant time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated at the time of the transaction. mko88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Unclaimed funds within the stipulated period are subject to mko88's inactive account policy.
Unauthorised Transactions
Mko88 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, technical error, or a breach of these terms. If a deposit is received due to a technical error, mko88 reserves the right to adjust the account balance to reflect the correct amount. All mko88 decisions regarding disputed transactions are final.

In all circumstances, mko88's liability is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mko88 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of mko88 or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mko88.
Third-Party Links
The mko88 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. mko88 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Mko88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud or illegal activity, or posed a security risk to the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mko88 support team. Voluntary closures will be processed once all related transactions have been settled.
Amendments to Terms
Mko88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be posted on this page along with the updated date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
